Read moreWith a seat model, you have access to a certain number of seats in a given month, but everyone with you has access to the system. One unique user occupies one seat for one month at a time, and has unlimited access to Cleardox in that month. Other users cannot use the same seat.
The advantage of a seat model is that everyone can access it without the need to purchase access for all potential users. The idea is that it's more flexible and economical, as you don't pay for inactive users and also avoid user administration.
If there's significant variability in your needs, opting for the seat model could be more advantageous. This is particularly applicable if the tool could potentially be used by everyone, while the individual usage requirements may fluctuate considerably. On the other hand, if you have a clear picture of which users specifically need access to the tool, the user model might be a better fit.
The number of unique users per month. For example, 10 unique users. The advantage of the seat model is that it could be 10 new unique users next month. So even though 120 users have used Cleardox over a year, only 10 unique users are payed for.
Yes, you can switch plans at any point if you find it beneficial to transition between the two models.
Yes, you can. However, our experience is that a trial period of 2 weeks is the optimal length. But if you need another week to decide, we will of course extend it.
