With a seat model, you have access to a certain number of seats in a given month, but everyone with you has access to the system. One unique user occupies one seat for one month at a time, and has unlimited access to Cleardox in that month. Other users cannot use the same seat.

The advantage of a seat model is that everyone can access it without the need to purchase access for all potential users. The idea is that it's more flexible and economical, as you don't pay for inactive users and also avoid user administration.

Because our pricing model is based on actual usage rather than named licenses. The price is calculated based on the average number of active users over time, allowing more people to use Cleardox throughout the year without necessarily requiring additional seats.

The number of unique users per month. For example, 10 unique users. The advantage of the seat model is that it could be 10 new unique users next month. So even though 120 users have used Cleardox over a year, only 10 unique users are payed for.

At the beginning of our collaboration, we determine the right solution based on your organization’s size and expected usage. During the first year, you can therefore get unlimited access to Cleardox for a fixed monthly price tailored to your organization and needs.

Yes, you can. However, our experience is that a trial period of 2 weeks is the optimal length. But if you need another week to decide, we will of course extend it.
